Frustrations flow: Issues continue with Roswell water main
ROSWELL, Ga. - People in one Roswell community experienced a third water main break, which meant no service, within a matter of days.
Crews doing repair work on a culvert struck a line on Pine Grove Road. It happened Wednesday morning. The city of Roswell says the outage lasted three hours.
"They've hit a water line a few times which is disappointing," says Michael Stainback who lives near the work site. "They're working every effort to get it cut on as quickly as possible. It is a little concerning that it's happening multiple times now."

On Friday, workers hit a line in the same area. They shut it off and made repairs, then realized there was another leak. That led them to cut service and make the necessary repairs.
Neighbors are growing frustrated the interruptions.
"Somehow they manage to time it every time somebody is about to get in the shower," says Jason Yowell. "Fortunately, nobody has actually been in the shower soaped up when it's gone out."
The city says the positioning of the lines is part of the problem. It hopes there are no more break as crews continue work on the culvert.
So they could complete the job on the culvert, crews closed part of Pine Grove Road. The city says that stretch of road should be open August 5. Neighbors are hopeful as the first day of classes for Fulton County Schools is August 6.
