Brookhaven will enforce new closing time at Pink Pony

BROOKHAVEN, Ga. - Four years after a lengthy legal battle over its operating hours, the Pink Pony club will soon be forced to change its closing time.

The city of Brookhaven announced Wednesday officials will begin enforcing alcohol laws at the Pink Pony.

Since a settlement in 2014, the adult entertainment club has operated under a special agreement that let them stay open until 4 a.m.

But after a new law passed this year, Brookhaven said the club and others like it, will need to close by 2 a.m.
