Poll: automated banking rapidly becoming the norm

When was the last time you walked into a bank to conduct business face to face with a customer service agent?

According to a new poll, automated banking is rapidly becoming the norm. An Accenture online poll found when it comes to banking 46 percent of Americans are willing to do business with a robot versus an actual human.

A whopping 80 percent admitted they'd even welcome robo-advice when it comes to making investment decisions. 

Many of those in the poll said if automated service means faster, better and more convenient service, they're all for it.
