'Learning to curl' with the Atlanta Curling Club

It's been an official Winter Olympic sport since 1998, and it's attracted plenty of attention since then because of how unique it is.  But curling has been around a lot longer than that, and it's gained a loyal following right here in Metro Atlanta.

The Atlanta Curling Club was founded back in 2010, with the goal of promoting the sport in the south and affording those interested a chance to compete at the national level.  Over the past few years, the Atlanta Curling Club has taught more than a thousand Atlantans how to curl -- and right now, many are taking part in the 2016 Spring League.  In case you've never played, the Club does offer a "Learn To Curl" class -- which teaches the basics of this sport (which involves sliding "stones" over ice toward a target).

Good Day Atlanta's Paul Milliken spent the morning with members of the Atlanta Curling Club at Center Ice Arena in Sandy Springs, and got a chance to see if he's got any natural talent for this unusual (and social) sport.
