The summer feel returns Wednesday and Thursday as highs climb into the upper 80s and humidity rises. Rain chances pick up Friday and continue through the weekend, cooling highs into the 70s. Meda says heavy showers could cause localized flooding, especially in low-lying areas and places with poor drainage.
