Tracking Matthew: Matthew is now well out to sea
ATLANTA - Post tropical cyclone Matthew is now well out to sea.
The eastern portion of North Carolina and southeastern Virginia are experiencing severe flooding from rainfall that exceeded 12 inches in some spots.
