ATLANTA - A cold front is pushing through the metro Atlanta area, bringing rain and colder temperatures.
Most of the rain has been light to moderate; however, a few embedded areas of heavier rain and lightning are possible.
By Tuesday afternoon, skies will begin to clear from the northwest and breezes will pick up.
With some late-day sunshine, many areas will warm into the low 60s today before the colder air blasts in tonight.
By early Wednesday morning, most areas are clear, dry, and cold. Temperatures will drop into the 30s and low 40s. Some cloudiness wrapping around into far northeast Georgia may be enough to kick off a few snow flurries briefly near sunrise in the north Georgia mountains! A similar set up may take shape by Monday morning, too! Spring isn't officially here just yet...
