Cold blast for North Georgia

ATLANTA - A blast of cold air moves into north Georgia, creating wind chills in the teens and 20s to start Tuesday morning.

With morning lows around 30, highs on Tuesday will only rise to the mid-40s, that is 10 degrees below the average.  Winds will get much lighter Tuesday night and temperatures will moderate through Thursday.
