Atlanta Mayor Andre Dickens ceremony is open to the public

Atlanta Mayor Andre Dickens is set to be sworn in for his second term during a public inaugural ceremony at Georgia State University’s Convocation Hall. The event marks the official start of a new term for the mayor, City Council members, and other municipal officers.
