Hannah Payne is accused of shooting and killing a man who drove away from a crash in Clayton County. Prosecutors say Hannah Payne followed 62-year-old Kenneth Herring before getting into an argument with him and firing the shot that killed him. The defense says she was acting in self-defense. On Tuesday, both sides began their closing arguments.
