System glitch keeps inmates from being released
A computer glitch prevented hundreds of inmates from being released from the Clayton County Jail last week. Officials are passing the blame off on the GBI's computer software. FOX 5 was told the issue should have been fixed by now, but many people are saying their loved ones who were due back home are still behind bars.
