Kai Cenat charged with inciting riot
Chaos broke out on the streets of New York City when popular Twitch streamer Kai Cenat promised to give away free PlayStations and other electronics at Union-Square Park. Instead, a riot ensued. An NYPD spokesman said he saw at least four people taken away in ambulances, others had bloodied heads. Police arrested nearly 60 people, more than half of them were juveniles.
