Vigil held for Atlanta father shot while baby daughter was in the backseat

A Georgia family and close friends are devastated after someone shot and killed a 20-year-old student and father outside his car, just feet away from his 10-month-old daughter in the backseat. People close to Julian Kolb gathered Monday night for a vigil and balloon release in his honor.
