Midtown intersection facing new changes with "Pedestrian Scramble"

City leaders announced that they are set to bring diagonal crosswalks to the intersection at 10th and Piedmont Ave. in Midtown. The "Pedestrian Scramble" is coined as a pilot program that will give city leaders the chance to study traffic flow and ways to make the intersection safer.
