Fulton County sheriff speaks out over inmate coercion and assault allegations

Sheriff Pat Labat of Fulton County says he will not tolerate bullying and is working to investigate jail coercion allegations after families speak out for their loved-ones who they say are being coerced and assaulted by other inmates to get them cash to purchase commissary.
