HOUSTON (FOX 26) - The Houston Super Bowl Host Committee hosted a 'Welcome to Super Bowl LI' news conference to celebrate the opening week of Super Bowl LI in Houston. 

NFL senior vice president of events Peter O'Reilly, Houston Super Bowl Host Committee chairman Ric Campo, Mayor of Houston Sylvester Turner and METRO chair Carrin Patman took part in the news conference.
