UGA Linebacker Proposes After South Carolina Game

Athens, Ga. - Saturday proved to be a day to celebrate for a University of Georgia football player, in more ways than one.
UGA defeated South Carolina, 52-20, to move to 3-0 on the season. And after the game, linebacker Jake Ganus proposed to his girlfriend on the 50 yard line at Sanford Stadium. Check out the photos posted on the UGA Athletics Twitter feed.
Ganus is a senior from Chelsea, Alabama. He joined the Bulldogs this season after transferring from UAB when that school eliminated its football program.
