Friday night in Gwinnett County means high school football, and this week for brothers Tommy and Philip Jones there's plenty of EXTRA meaning.

The Jones brothers grew up in the Brookwood district, playing for the Broncos, and now Philip is in his first year as their head coach replacing the legendary Mark Crews. Brother Tommy has turned the Dacula Falcons around in just three short years and has them poised for another playoff appearance in region 8-AAAAAA. When the two face off as head coaches for the first time at Barron Field in Dacula lots more than family bragging rights will be a stake.

Both Brookwood and Dacula come into the game with one region loss, so dropping this game could be devastating to either team's playoff aspirations; or at least effect their seeding if they make it into the tournament.

High 5 Sports will be in Dacula on Friday night, we'll have the hilites for you at 11 o'clock. Photographer Blaine Kummet caught up with both coaches Thursday afternoon for a preview of the big game.
