ATLANTA - It was a lucky day at SunTrust Park for some Georgia youth baseball players.
Saturday, the Atlanta Braves hosted a Miracle League Fantasy Camp for kids with special needs.
About 40 youth players were chosen from cities around the state including Conyers, Dalton, and Macon.
The event offered players a safe program where they could learn more about the game.
Each kid received a Braves jersey and baseball cap as well as tips from Braves players.
The Baseball Fantasy Camp for Kids hopes to provide youth players with physical challenges the opportunity to improve their skills and meet their major league heroes.
