Cherokee County Sheriff's detectives have released images of a woman involved in recent car break-ins in Woodstock.

Five thefts have occurred since March 9. Two were at a karate studio on Highway 92 in Woodstock March 9.

Another at Hobgood Park March 10.

And two more at a daycare center on Highway 92 in Woodstock on March 15.

Investigators say in four of those cases, vehicle windows were shattered. Purses or bags containing checks, ID's, and credit cards were stolen. In one case, a car was unlocked and the suspect simply opened the door.

Witnesses have reported seeing a black male driving a white SUB committing the thefts. A white female is taking the victims' checks and conducting transactions at local banks, banks in south Georgia, and as far away as Missouri.

The female appears to be driving a newer model Dodge Durango.
