Woman hurt after shots fired at her car

EAST POINT, Ga. (FOX 5 Atlanta) - Some terrifying moments for a woman as she drove down Interstate 285 near Camp Creek Parkway early Wednesday morning.

It happened around 1:30 a.m. The woman was hurt by broken glass after someone opened fire at her car.

Medics took the woman to Grady Memorial Hospital for treatment.

Police are trying to figure out who fired those shot and why.
