Woman accused of murdering daughter-in-law in court

COBB COUNTY, Ga. - A woman accused of murdering her daughter-in-law was scheduled to appear in a Cobb County courtroom for a hearing on Friday.

Police said Elizabeth Wall, 63, shot and killed Jenna Wall, 35, at a home off Wyndam Woods Drive last month. Investigators said the victim's two young sons heart the gunshots. 

Police have not released a motive.

The suspect's son and the victim, who was a kindergarten teacher at Kemp Elementary School, were going through a divorce.

Wall's court hearing was scheduled to begin at 1:30 p.m. Friday.
