Vicious dog attack leaves three injured in Gwinnett County

GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. - Three people are left seriously injured after Gwinnett County Police said they were all separately attacked by two vicious dogs.

Officers said the pair of pit bull mixed dogs tackled a man to the ground Monday at the interception of Five Forks Trickum Road and Emerald Forest Circle.

Investigators said they then reportedly tore at his arms and leg, leaving his limbs badly injured.

The dogs also attacked a 16-year-old girl and another man.

All three victims had to be rushed to the hospital.

The dogs were captured by animal control and are now being tested for rabies.
