Vice President Mike Pence is making a stop in Atlanta on Thursday.

According to the Office of the Vice President, Pence will be visiting the Atlanta ICE Field Office to hear about the work of the local agency and talk about border security issues.

The vice president will afterwards give remarks to agents and local community leaders.

Pence is no stranger to Georgia. The vice president rallied for Gov. Brian Kemp in multiple cities for Georgia's gubernatorial race.

He also toured Albany and Bainbridge in South Georgia in October of 2018 to see the damage caused by Hurricane Michael.
