UGA crash victim remembered as a 'radiant one'
ALPHARETTA, Ga. - Hundreds turned out to celebrate the life of Christina Semeria, one of the four University of Georgia students killed in a crash in Watkinsville last week.
Friends and family gathered at the Birmingham United Methodist Church in Alpharetta to remember the 19-year-old sophomore. They remembered the 2014 Milton High School graduate as a “radiant one”.
Semeria was a member of the Alpha Chi Omega sorority and was majoring in advertising and public relations.
A joint service will be held on Tuesday for Kayla Canedo and Brittany Feldman, two of the other victims. It is set for 3 p.m. at Northpoint Community Church in Alpharetta.
The fourth victim, Halle Scott, was laid to rest on Sunday.
