Truck flipped upside-down in Cherokee County accident
CHEROKEE COUNTY, Ga. (FOX 5 Atlanta) - Seven people have been involved in a serious three-vehiclesaccident om Cherokee County.
According to the Cherokee County Sheriff's Office, accident ended with a truck upside down and sandwiched between a red Camero and a black Hyundai west of the intersection of 575 and Towne Lake Parkway.
Deputies say the tuck was carrying five people, including three children. The other two cars only had drivers.
There were no major injuries, but medics transported the three children to Children's Healthcare of Atlanta just to be on the safe side.
Towne Lake Parkway was shutdown temporarily during the deputies' investigation.
The cause of the accident has not been released.
