Tree falls on woman's car while driving in northeast Atlanta

ATLANTA - Following strong thunderstorms on Tuesday, a number of fallen trees were reported in Atlanta. 

Wednesday morning, a massive tree tumbled down on North Highland Avenue. It fell on a woman's car as she drove down the road, but thankfully she wasn't hurt. The roadway is closed from McLynn Avenue to the next block. 

In Buckhead, Atlanta police were forced to block off part of Montview Drive Northwest at Manor Ridge Drive where a tree is in the road.

A tree also fell in northwest Atlanta on Moores Mill Road, snatching power lines down with it.
