Tractor-trailer carrying cows overturns on I-75 SB
COBB COUNTY, Ga. - An accident involving a tractor-trailer carrying cattle caused major delays on Interstate 75 southbound in Cobb County Thursday morning.
Cobb County Police said the vehicle was hauling 19 cows when it flipped over near Wade Green Road. First responders said seven cows were killed in the crash, and they are "corralling" the remaining 12 cows.
I-75 southbound was shut down for hours, but all lanes have since reopened. Authorities are working to clear the scene.
