Toddler found dead inside Cartersville apartment

CARTERSVILLE, Ga. - Cartersville Police are investigating after a toddler was found dead inside an apartment complex.

Officers got a call Monday about a child possibly in cardiac arrest.

When officers arrived at the apartment on Old Mill Road they found a young girl unresponsive.

Police called this a death investigation until they get more information.
