It is customary with fine dining establishments. You can valet your car and settle in for a sumptuous meal.

Monday night in Buckhead, three diners did just that at the St. Cecilia Restaurant. Before their meals were finished, a manager came over to inform them about an incident. One victim immediately thought his car had been hit in the valet circle. He said okay, that can happen.

But that is not what happened. The manager told him his Range Rover had been taken, along with two other vehicles.

To make matters worse, that owner had left briefcases, computers and passports in the SUV. Yes, he is sick about it, but has hoped the items may be recovered.

Atlanta police confirmed the incidents. It is not clear how the thieves got three different sets of keys from the valet.
