DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. - DeKalb County Police are have identified a suspect in the stabbing of a security guard at a Tucker restaurant Saturday night.
The incident happened at Major League Bar and Grill located in the 2000 block of Northlake Parkway in Tucker.
Authorities said Tory Major, was escorting out 38-year-old Michael Thomas after witnesses say Thomas "was intoxicated and causing trouble inside" that night.
In the parking lot, police say Major and Thomas got into an altercation, which ended with Thomas stabbing the security guard in the chest.
Thomas then got into a silver Nissan and drove off.
Medics transported the Major to a nearby hospital with serious injuries.
Police are still searching for Thomas. No weapon was found at the scene.
