Suspect cleared in Marietta school bus shooting
MARIETTA, Ga. - Ivey was wanted for reckless conduct and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon in connection with the November 9th shooting.

Police said two students were attempting to exit the school bus, which was stopped on McIntosh Avenue and McArthur Drive. The bus driver reportedly saw a man firing shots toward a home directly in front of the bus. The driver then grabbed the two children, secured the bus doors and called 911.
It was reported that Ivey had fired 10-12 bullets toward a residence before fleeing the scene in a blue and white SUV.
