Store clerk robbed at gunpoint in northwest Atlanta

ATLANTA - Police are searching for an armed robbery suspect in northwest Atlanta. 

A clerk said a regular customer robbed him early Thursday morning at the AK Food Store on Joseph E. Boone Boulevard. 

The clerk told police he had the door locked, but let the man in since he recognized him. That's when the robber took out a gun, tied up the worker, and took money from the register. 

Anyone with information is asked to call the Atlanta Police Department.
