South Fulton father shot by armed robbers

SOUTH FULTON, Ga. - A South Fulton father narrowly avoids a deadly shooting after he said an armed robber attacked him.

Benard Queen said he walked out of his home on Sable Run Road off Buffington Road just after 1 a.m. Wednesday morning because he saw his car moving.

He thought maybe it was rolling down the driveway.

Instead, he found an armed man trying to steal his truck. So, Queen confronted him.

Little did he know that another armed man was just behind him.

Those armed robbers got away.

Police said the man shown in this Ring doorbell video is a person of interest in the case.

Officers ask anyone who recognizes him to give them a call.
