Smyrna Police search for serial library flasher

Smyrna Police are once again on the lookout for a man accused of performing lewd acts at an area public library.

Police released a photo of the man back in August 2018 when a woman told officers the man exposed himself on the second floor of the Smyrna Library located in the 100 block of Village Green Circle

Police said they believe the same man struck again earlier this year. On Jan. 4, a woman said she noticed a man standing between two bookshelves looking at her. Police said the woman told officers he flashed her.

The suspect is described as being a male in his early 20s with a thin build and medium complexion. He is approximately 5-feet-10-inches tall and has a short "afro-style" haircut.

He was wearing a gray T-shirt and sweatpants.

Police say he was last seen driving a late-model green Subaru Forester.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Smyrna Police Department at 770-434-6666 or Crime Stoppers at 404-577-8477.
