Shoplifting babysitter leaves infant behind
SAVANNAH, Ga. - Police said a woman suspected of shoplifting is also wanted for leaving an infant she was babysitting inside the store.
Police in Savannah say 31-year-old Lesha Reed was spotted taking items inside the store Monday night. When employees approached, she ran, leaving the young child behind.
Police have issued an arrest warrant for Reed.
The child has since been returned to its mother.
