Clayton County deputies have arrested five people, four of which they described as "gang members" and one of their moms in a "takedown."

In a statement, the Clayton County Sheriff Department said the arrests were part of an investigation into the Brim Blood Gang.

According to police, Vice Squad agents were checking one of the known hangouts of the gang when they saw multiple members "brandishing handguns" around a vehicle in the home's driveway.

Police arrested three of the men without incident. A fourth, Eric Claros, nicknamed "Slimesito," "Basil Hazelwood," and "Fluhkunxhkos" had left the scene already and was arrested later.

In total, deputies removed three handguns, an automatic rifle, marijuana, a bottle of medication, and gang paraphernalia, the sheriff said.

Police also arrested Dorita Glasco, the mother of one of the men, for disorderly house and obstruction.

"There will be no negotiations or programs for armed gang banging thugs in Clayton County," Sheriff Hill said.
