ROSWELL, Ga. (FOX 5 Atlanta) - Thick smoke could be seen for miles around Roswell Tuesday afternoon. Firefighters said it was caused by a house fire.
The fire tore through a home on Riverbirch Drive. SKYFOX 5 flew over the scene and spotted damage to the 2-story home.
Firefighters said the house was fully engulfed in flames when they arrived.
Smoke had covered the neighborhood as crews worked on the ground to put out the blaze.
Crews were able to quickly gain control and the fire.
Firefighters said the home suffered significant damage, but thankfully no one was hurt.
