The trial for Ross Harris, the Cobb County man accused of killing his child in a hot car, has been delayed until April.

Harris’ trial is now scheduled to appear in Judge Mary Staley’s courtroom on April 11 to face trial for the death of his son, Cooper Harris. Motion hearings are scheduled for three days in February.

Cooper was 22 months old when he was found dead inside his father’s SUV in June 2014. Harris faces eight counts including murder and cruelty to children.
