Ringgold City Clerk of Court Arrested

RINNGOLD, Ga. - The Ringgold City Clerk of Court is out on bond following his arrest.

Tracy Bass is charged with theft by taking, computer forgery, tampering with evidence, and interference with government property.

Georgia Bureau of Investigations agents started investigating after hearing allegations of missing court fees and fine money.
