Reward offered for attempted bank robbery suspect

ATLANTA (FOX 5 Atlanta) - Atlanta police hope a reward will help them find the person who attempted to rob a bank.

On April 19, surveillance video caught a man wearing a Braves baseball cap walking into the First Landmark Bank on the 700 block of Peachtree Street.

Investigators say he passed the teller a note and a bag.

But the teller refused to take it and the man left empty handed.

Officials are offering a $2,000 reward for any information leading to an arrest and indictment.
