'Porch pirates' caught by door bell cameras

ATLANTA - Maureen and Furress Lattimore managed to make the best of their one-year-old daughter's birthday despite the best attempt by a so-called porch pirate.

A doorbell camera at their DeKalb County home caught a man grabbing two packages from their porch. The packages contained gifts for their child.

"I was just mortified, shocked," says Maureen Lattimore." Who is this person on my property? I had to look at the video a few times."

The incident took place late in the afternoon.

"It may not seem like a big deal, but for someone to walk on your property in the daylight, and not know if you are there," says Furress Lattimore. " What happens at night time?"

Anyone who recognizes the suspects in any of the videos should call the police.
