Police trying to identify suspect in Marietta robbery
COBB COUNTY, Ga. - Cobb County police are trying to identify a suspect after an armed robbery occurred at a Texaco gas station in Marietta, according to authorities.
The incident occurred at 2270 Austell Road. An employee told police that an armed man entered the gas station and began demanding money, according to police.
The employee gave him money from the cash register while a gun was pointed at him, according to officials. The suspect ran out of the business towards Lorene Lodge, police say.
