Police: Three men shot at DeKalb County apartment complex
DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. - Two men are dead and one is in critical condition after what police believe may have been a fight at a DeKalb County apartment complex Saturday night.
DeKalb County Police said that officers responded to a shooting on South Hairston Road at 11:20 p.m. There they found three men who had been shot.
Two men were shot inside of an apartment, while the third was shot in the parking lot, police said.
A 42-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene. The two others, a 44-year-old and a 63-year-old were transported to a local hospital. The 44-year-old has died. The 63-year-old is in critical but stable condition.
Authorities say they believe the suspect in these shootings was known by at least one of the victims and was allowed inside the apartment.
The suspect is currently not in custody. The investigation is ongoing.
