A Cobb County teenager who's accused of threatening to carry-out a deadly attack on a Cobb County school is now being held without bond.

Police say 18-year-old Andrew Brady told officials at Floyd Middle School that he was going to plant bombs at the school and shoot as many people as possible.

The school district says the threats were made via email last week.

A spokesperson issued the following statement:

"An investigation was immediately launched involving the Cobb County School District Police Department, local law enforcement and the Georgia Bureau of Investigation. Our community was notified of the threatening email, and through our partnership with local law enforcement, we can confirm that authorities have made an arrest."
