Police: Shots fired near Gwinnett County home

DORAVILLE, Ga. (FOX 5 Atlanta) - Gwinnett County police are on a scene where shots were allegedly fired at a Gwinnett County home Sunday morning.

Police told FOX 5 they were called to the home on the 5800 block of Pine Road after witnesses reported seeing two men shoot a gun multiple times into the air, then ran into the house.

When the officers got to the scene, two suspects came out,  but police say a possible third suspect is refused to come out.

After officers attempted to talk to the third suspect. They eventually came out without incident and are now in custody.

Police have not released any names of the suspects or said whether there will be charges.
