Police searching for suspect in fatal I-75 hit and run crash
ATLANTA - Police are investigating a fatal hit and run accident that shut down all lanes of traffic on I-75 Northbound near Central Avenue in Atlanta.

Clayton County Police tell FOX 5, a family of 5 traveling in a 2011 Ford Explorer when a blue sedan came into their lane. The driver of the Ford Explorer swerved to try to avoid a crash but ended up flipping over.
Two-year-old Michaela Cost died as a result of the crash, while 5-month-old Morana Cost-Corbitt was taken to Egleston Hospital and is in critical condition. A 4-year-old child, Micole Cost, was treated for minor injuries at a nearby hospital.
Michael Corbitt and Lanicia Cost, the children's parents, suffered minor injuries and were also treated at a local hospital.
The driver of the car that was hit was also taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.

Police say the suspect was driving a dark blue sedan and was last spotted heading north on I-75. The car will have damage to its front end.
Investigators would like to hear from any driver who was in the vicinity of I-75 northbound near Grand Parkway around 6 p.m. Sunday who noticed an aggressive driver in a blue sedan.
