Police searching for sunglasses-stealing suspect

GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. - Police in Gwinnett County are searching for a alleged sunglass thief.

Officials say on the afternoon of Nov. 4, a suspect walked into the Sunglass Hut inside the Mall of Georgia on Buford Highway and grabbed five pairs of sunglasses.

Surveillance footage shows the man hiding the sunglasses in an H&M bag before leaving the store.

The total value of the sunglasses was over $2,000, police said.

The suspect is described as being in his late 20s to early 30s with a medium build and black hair. He's around 6-feet tall with a weight between 180 and 220 pounds.
