Police searching for generator shoplifting suspect

ATLANTA - Police are on the lookout for a man who shoplifted a pricey item in East Atlanta.

The incident happened on Oct. 2 at a Lowe's Home Improvement store on Caroline Street.

Police say the suspect got a flat cart, loaded it with an $800 generator, and wheeled it outside.

He was last seen wearing a black shirt with red writing on it and black pants.

Police believe he was driving an old red Ford Explorer.
