Police search for shooter in Walgreens homicide

LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. (AP) — Gwinnett County police are searching for the person who fatally shot a man in a Walgreens parking lot.

Police tell local news outlets the man, believed to be in his 20s, was rushed to a nearby hospital where he later died Tuesday night.

Authorities say the man's body was found lying next to car in the 1500 block of Lawrenceville Highway.

Officials have not yet released the man's name or determined what caused the shooting.

No arrests have been reported in the shooting.
